I support WEPs to empower women to feel equally capable and deserving to be compensated fairly, be treated properly and respected. In my experience, a strong company culture and highly performing teams have a balanced mix between women and men. I want to continue to foster principles of gender equality as they have proven to be a recipe for long-term success. Quasar was founded and nurtured by the team effort between my mother and father. They set the gender mix standard at Quasar and the example to follow for us, the future generations. I have 3 daughters and want to champion a trustworthy and dependable future for them.
