Every struggle for gender equality today will create a better and more developed society in the future. Since the establishment of QNB Finansbank in 1987, one of the Bank’s keys to success is that our female executives have been leading the most critical tasks in the key functions, including the Risk Management, Credit Management, Information Technologies and Legal Departments, as well as in the management of our subsidiaries. In the firm belief that a strong economy is based on gender equality, our Bank continues to develop and transform its practices. As of the end of 2020, 56 percent of the employees at QNB Finansbank are female. In order to strengthen the representation of women in business and society, 62 percent of our new recruits in the same period were women. In the future, the door to a more equal world will be opened thanks to this movement of awareness created by institutions and individuals working on gender equality.
