Every struggle for gender equality today will create a better and more developed society in the future. Since the establishment of QNB Finans Leasing in 1990, one of the Company’s keys to success is that our female executives/managers have been leading the most critical tasks in the key functions, including the Operations, Financial Control and Marketing Departments. In the firm belief that a strong economy is based on gender equality, our Company continues to develop and transform its practices. As of the end of 2021, 51 percent of the employees at QNB Finans Leasing are female. In the future, the door to a more equal world will be opened thanks to this movement of awareness created by institutions and individuals working on gender equality.
