For Provident Mexico is a priority to advance in actions and programs to empower women inside and outside our organization. We ended 2023 with 95% of female commission agents, almost 70% of female customers, and around 47% of female employees. Provident believes that financial inclusion can build a better world and through the active endorsement of the Women Empowering Principles of the United Nations, we’re confident that we can develop a better company not just for our collaborators but for the unbanked Mexican communities.
