As Provida Sustainability Consulting, we transform the Sustainable Development Goals into applicable and measurable solutions for industry; gender equality is one of the most powerful levers for this transformation. Aware of the path ahead in Turkey, we work to increase women's employment, strengthen women's representation and voice in management, establish human rights and the principle of non-discrimination, ensure the health, safety, and well-being of employees, and promote training and development opportunities across companies and supply chains. We are building measurement and transparent reporting capacity, aligning our advisory services with the seven principles of the WEPs, and guiding more companies to recognize and sign the WEPs. Internally, we set goals for leadership balance and pay equity, enforce zero tolerance for harassment, expand collaborations with women-owned businesses, and share our progress publicly each year. Through our participation in the WEPs, we translate our commitment into concrete action, both through our own example and through the sectors we advise
