At ProSolution, gender equality is already part of our story: a woman is one of our company partners, and women now make up 40% of our team, working in all five Brazilian states where we operate. They are in leadership, as project coordinators and contract managers, and in the technical areas that drive our technology: business and requirements analysis, data administration, software testing, design and technical support, roles where women are still underrepresented in the IT sector. In 2026, nearly half of our new hires were women. Joining the Women's Empowerment Principles is our public commitment to keep moving forward, opening more space for women in technical and decision-making roles. We believe diverse teams build better solutions, and the technology that modernizes the public sector must reflect the society it serves.
