Women's participation in social and economic life must not be conditioned by declarative acceptance of terms and conditions, filling in check boxes. Women contribute and have a place in all spheres, especially in places where decisions are made and money is managed. Less declarative actions, more concrete ones that create space for women to progress and make society and the economy progress with them. That is why I support WEPs.
