Fifteen years ago, we began with a simple idea — that women building businesses in this country deserve visibility, a voice, and a community. From that idea grew the “Women in Business” initiative, which, in response to evolving market needs, we expanded into Women 100 — a platform through which women are shaping a new business reality across the region. We embody this commitment internally as well: women make up 80% of our team, and as of this year, the position of Executive Director is held by a woman. Signing the WEPs is a natural next step — a commitment to making gender equality integral to how we operate: in our editorial decisions, HR practices, and through Women 100.
