Phoenix Design Aid has decided to join Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) to further strengthen the company's commitment to gender equality. Phoenix Design Aid is a member of the United Nations Global Compact and supports SDG 5, specifically target 5.5, by aiming to have a more equal and representative management team as well as to ensure gender equality in the workplace in general via, for example, fair and equal treatment of both women and men. By joining WEPs, Phoenix Design Aid hopes to help promote and send a signal of global and collective commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace.
