Our company is supporting Women Empowerment by providing necessary tools for the skills development of our female employees. Secondly, we provide financial assistance in emergency situations i.e. sudden sickness or accidents. Third, we provide training through seminars or workshops for female employees who need to perform masculine works i.e. supermarket items' stock handling and display. Due to the limitations the Pandemic has brought us, not all individuals have the opportunity to be employed. Some who are used to working in a white-collar job were forced to apply in the blue-collar jobs. Although they lack the skills, they were obliged to undergo the core training to comply with the company requirements. These circumstances should not become a hindrance in hiring female workers. By having Women Empowerment, more opportunities may be given to those who are willing and qualified.
