The Philippine Software Industry Association asserts the importance of advocating for an industry that encourages and creates conditions that provide equal opportunities for both women and men. It is high time that we be more firm in cultivating an industry that treats women and men, girls and boys equally. We will do our part, as an organization to elevate the discussions within the industry as to how we can solidify our stance and practices that empower women and promote gender equality.
