My goal is to improve Jordan’s national and international reputation as a welcoming and inclusive place to live, work and visit. By highlighting employers who have respect for diversity as a core value, we will encourage and provide resources to Jordanian employers who understand that diversity brings the skills, perspective and other assets that are essential to establishing a competitive workforce. The reason why I believe in empowering woman is because I myself am a working woman and I know the challenges woman may face. I support diversity and encourage empowerment. Woman should be encouraged to pursue opportunities at every level of the corporate ladder. And show that they are appreciated equally as men.
