We proudly announce today that we signed Women Empowerment Principles (WEP) which is an initiative of both UN Global Compact and UN Women. With our commitment to WEP, we want to further expand the global impact circle to promote gender equality globally and to declare our continuous leadership on diversity and inclusion. We also would like to share our learnings and best practices with the signatories and continue to learn from each other to create more impact on society together. We believe that its our duty to handover an equal world to our children and grandchildren in all aspects, not only for the workforce, but also for the whole society.
