OMNES Education is developing an ambitious equity, diversity and inclusion policy for its employees and students in order to become a fully inclusive organisation. Equality between women and men at all levels is a priority, whether in terms of access to positions of responsibility or engineering programs, or in terms of fair pay or ensuring zero tolerance of sexual and gender-based violence. OMNES Education has taken part in the Target Gender Equality program of the Global Compact France and has signed the WEPS to consolidate its actions and contribute to a fair and inclusive society where girls and women have the same rights and opportunities as men.
