For the most part of my career life and before starting Odelly, I have been lucky to have exemplary female managers and trainers that shaped how I personally lead and manage my business. I have learned that values and principles resonate way further than numbers and excel sheets do. Then I am lucky again that for more than 8 years in Odelly I have been seeing the same potential of leadership, self discipline and hard work in almost every woman we worked with and what proves that is that we have significantly less turn-over in female staff than we do have in men. This retention not only proves that equality is almost enough but that women who are equally appreciated in their workspaces return the appreciation with loyalty and ownership.
