We support women empowerment through our pillars of Health and Wellness and Inclusive Growth. We work with women in the villages, train them extensively, believe in them and encourage them to believe in themselves. We instill in them a sense of pride and self dignity. We give them jobs which pay properly with good benefits, keep them safe and provide avenues for career advancement. We have seen women in our organization grow and thrive because of the opportunities given to them.
