We are in the opinion that a sustainable development of societies can only be achieved through the economical and social improvement of women in the society. On the other hand, a woman is a potential mother as well, where her kids, whether a male or a female, are shaped in the hands of that woman mainly. In this respect, we believe that women should be educated and be socially and economically powerful at least at the level of men in the society; and therefore positively discriminated by the rulers of the society. We would like to assure that although the average of construction sector, where Nurol Construction acts, is quite weak in terms of women’s involvement, especially on-site activities, we are seeking ways of increasing women’s involvement in our company, particularly the number of technical and administrative staff which is much beyond the sector average. Among our targets of sustainable development, we have focused also the improvement of women’s involvement in our business by empowering the women and therefore we have PROUDLY signed the WEPs.
