NOTE AB

Johannes Lind-Widestam (M)

CEO

Gender equality is a prerequisite of sustainable development. I strongly believe that a workplace where everyone has an equal opportunity to work and develop, drives business forward. At board and top management level we are 50% women or above. On all staff level we are around 50% women, it varies a bit from year to year. In middle management we have some more room for improvement. Overall, I am content with the progress that has been done so far with our work to support gender equality and to conduct a sustainable business that strengthens the environment and people we interact with. The journey continues.
