We at Nicomedia Legal Associates seek to challenge the notions of Glass Cliff leadership and that handling crises is a strength, not a weakness. As a women-led organisation, we believe that a woman's success ensures long-term positives greater than at par above male equivalent gains. There exists short-termism in organisations of today and especially in women-focused development programs to which Nicomedia strives with its endeavours, business offerings, and stakeholder relations to establish measurable standards for assimilation of women into the mainstream and regularize acceptance of long-termism for equitable representation. Because, for far-reaching impact and global equality, a woman's success is more than just crisis management; she is the necessary role model; she is the engine of the future.
