Women are a symbol of peace, loyalty, and hard work. To have a good balance of such qualities within the Neuwelt system is an assurance of commitment to the company vision as well as to growth. I was raised by a single mother, who single-handedly juggled the deep demands of 6 children and 1 cousin. My admiration for women is therefore natural to me.
