The Mútua as the Social responsibility arm of the Confea/Creas System, and recognizing that there is gender equity in higher education in engineering, realizes that there is inequality in female participation in professional performance in the labor market. In this context, it intends to disseminate the relevance of female participation in all instances of the Confea / Creas / Mutual System, as it believes that this insertion contributes to the sustainable development of the country.
