Mokoro values both equality and diversity. I am fortunate to have had the benefit of this in my own professional career, initially in engineering and then in international development. However I know that is not the case for many others yet. Within Mokoro we recognise that gender equality and the empowerment of women are already very beneficial, both on an individual basis and corporately, and I am committed to us continuing to model and maintain this. We also recognise that having individuals from different backgrounds and with different experiences brings fresh ideas and skills to the company.
