The type of work we do does not make a difference between genders. There is no reason why any aspect of our work should be done by any particular gender. We'd like to focus on promoting education of women in STEM because we believe women were unfairly marginalized in STEM education in the past. IT is definitely not exclusively a "man's world" as our Mistral girls are proving every day.
