ENG: We are well aware that production in the metal industry thrives on labour, expertise and team spirit. We consider it a valuable development that the ratio of female employees in our company has now reached 20%. We believe that the increased participation of women in production, in the field and across all our business processes will make us both stronger and more sustainable.
