In a country where, for so long, women have been marginalized in the workforce, especially in the manufacturing industry, Mintra has been pioneering and striving for gender equality since the day it opened its doors. Women's empowerment isn’t one of our goals; it is our top vision and our daily driving force. In simple terms, it’s what keeps us going and what keeps us dreaming. With over 2000 women in our factories, we strive to teach them technical, as well as social skills, provide them with a  respectable living they can be proud of, and provide them with a safe work space where they can thrive, flourish, and grow to become the leaders of tomorrow.
