We at Meridian strongly believe on the promotion of gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace and the community. We believe in giving back to the community and through our actions we would like to create a better future for everyone. Personally, I would like my daughter to grow up in an environment where the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) are met. Therefore, I am committed to lead by example and we will work together with all key stakeholders to foster business practices that empower women.
