By joining the WEPs, we aim to translate this commitment into measurable and actionable steps and mainstream gender equality in our industry. We will set targets for gender balance in leadership, conduct pay equity reviews, implement zero tolerance for harassment, and develop programs that support women's career development. By measuring our results annually and sharing them publicly, we will be accountable to our stakeholders and encourage other companies in Turkish industry to follow suit.
