Founder and Chief Executive Officer

“I rather lead with respect than to lead with fear“ - Sara Nattaya Azmi Despite the very male dominant environment in most industries especially in the Telecommunications and Broadcasting industry, As a Founder and CEO, Sara Nattaya believes that leadership should not be based on instilling fear for example by being very uncompromising, demanding, controlling, unapproachable and more. These are the most stereotypical assumptions of a Woman leader in society. Leading by instilling fear is due to Insecurity, which is the biggest downfall of a leader as it will lead to far worsts mindsets eg. Overthinking, Comparing, and other negative connotations. If leading by focusing on gender, race, age or having the mindset to prove that as a woman, you are above all due to the lack of representation, than that creates a bubble of fear that people would not want to deal with as it than blurs the line of being objective. Leading objectively towards achieving a goal without these negative inkling feelings will naturally gain respect as the more a leader is objective conscious or subconsciously, she will work cooperatively and collectively which creates more willingness for people to work for or with her. “Empowering Women to overcome and succumb social pressure is crucial for the future of more Women leaders and through content, I believe we can inspire more women to grow to become a leader within their own industries.”
