Gender equality is not achieved through isolated initiatives but through consistent decisions and visible commitment. At Maschinenraum, we live this in practice with a gender-balanced leadership team and 65 percent women across our organization, including leadership roles. At the same time, working with over 80 family-owned businesses, we see how much progress is still needed. That is why we create spaces that put gender diversity firmly on the agenda through formats like our Female Cross Mentoring, peer exchange, and targeted workshops. For us, diversity is not an aspiration but a core capability for future-ready organizations.
