From a young age I supported (young) women and tried to inspire them to think big and to achieve their dreams, because I never had a mentor. With this, I hoped they didn't had to go through the same issues and troubles I experienced as a "strong" woman with qualities and a voice. Until this day, I try to inspire my female employees, my clients and partners and to encourage them that they can accomplish everything what they want and to be the best version of themselves, as long as they believe in themselves, work hard and be dedicated.
