In Manorama Industries Limited ‘s Women are in involved from top to bottom. The Managing Director is a Woman, Mrs Vinita Saraf. Also in Board of Directors. In every department presence of women are there. Manorama is sourcing sustainably from 7.8 million women forest dwellers from many states of India and West Africa. Manorama Industries Limited (MIL) believes that empowering women helps expand economic growth, promote social development and establish more stable and balanced societies. Companies that focus on women’s empowerment experience greater business success. Research shows investing in women can lead to increases in productivity, organizational effectiveness, return on investment and higher consumer satisfaction. In many workplaces, gender discrimination has outburst the global economy for decades. If we do not address this by integrating women as an integral part of the workforce, we risk missing the skills, ideas, improved decision-making, and perspectives that are essential for addressing global issues and harnessing new scopes and opportunities.
