We work because we wish to provide our clients, our team, and the community with a new experience on how disputes are dealt with and on how to work with them. In our firm, we have 4 women partners and 5 men partners, which means that almost half of our partnership is composed of women. Moreover, most of our associates and members of the administrative staff are women, and we strive daily to ensure they do not suffer any kind of discrimination. We are also signatories to different pledges in the arbitration field to encourage all forms of diversity, equality, and inclusion in the arbitration community. In accordance with these pledges and our beliefs, our firm has been appointing more female arbitrators than men, helping to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion among those decisionmakers in our field.
