In Arvato CRM Turkey, we believe women empowerment is one of the most powerful steps with an enormous impact to drive change and transform society to a better state. It effects many foundational issues in the society such as giving both women and men equal chance starting from birth, right to have equal education, and to create awareness about social gender inequality. We are one of the biggest service employers in 8 cities with 10 locations, including many cities in Anatolia. More than 60% of our employees are women. It is important to make a change in women's life, for giving them equal rights and place in the society, therefore also making a change and impact in the life of children - our future generation, a long term effect in the society.
