Diversity and equal treatment should be a fundamental principle for every organization. Gender diversity especially needs encouragement in such male dominated sector as construction is. My company has been taking steps towards women empowerment for years, but I think there is much more that should be done. By joining WEP community, we once more declare our commitment to embracement of women empowerment as one of the key goals. We encourage other business leaders to join us and use the Principles as guidance to empower women and therefore benefit our companies and societies.
