As the Chief Executive for Leadership Trust, I have made it a mission for us to develop the leadership skills of everyone. This includes re-balancing access to leadership development for women. Leadership is a set of skills that can be learned. This means that education is a key part in increasing the numbers of women in decision-making positions. We are therefore making a significant number of innovations to ensure that leadership development is both accessible and attractive to women. The WEPs summarise and highlight our commitment.
