LAQSH Job Skills Academy is a human capital development organization. 44% of our employees are women educators. Around 50 % our high school students are girls. Our women teachers operate in rural India and face lots of challenges as they perform their duties. Empowering them, giving them the training and confidence to develop their skills and face the challenges is very fundamental to the success of our mission. Our girl students need special support in their teenage years to handle the social stigmas and develop their career plans in the high school. We are committed to inclusion and diversity and welcome suggestions and inputs to strengthen our current programs in this regard.
