Everyone has a responsibility to promote equality. The greatest champions of my career have been men who encouraged me to rise and use my voice, women who showed me how it's done, and organizations that never let gender be a barrier for growth. The people I've had the privilege of working with have been purposeful with every action they made to ensure equality is continuously promoted, which embedded a mission for me to continue this wherever I go. As new leaders rise, whether men or women, we are equally responsible for creating a stage for every person to shine. Equality means business. We continue to use our principles as a multiplier for action and progress.
