Krungthai-AXA Life strongly endorses the Women’s Empowerment Principles because we believe that women are key to economic success, global sustainability and creating inclusive and prosperous businesses. At KTAXA, we have already taken important actions to meet these principles. For instance, we have implemented a parental leave policy for women and men and over 52% of our Executives are female. The principles provide us with a framework to ensure that women’s empowerment continues to be prioritized at Krungthai-AXA life as it ultimately drives better outcomes for our business and stakeholders.
