I strongly believe in creating and celebrating environments that promote equality, diversity and empowerment. In fact, those missions are the moral construct and corporate DNA of our organization, Kroot. Gender equality is, especially, at the heart of my mission. As a woman in leadership, in a male dominated industry, I have personally witnessed the need for the continued push towards more welcoming, more accepting, more forward-thinking initiatives, in the advancement of equality, for all.
