As Kontrolmatik, we give great importance to women's empowerment in professional life, and highly support the women at the executive level. Because we believe that the women workforce has vital importance and complementary role for the energy and technology sector. Women have strong characteristics such as being more communicative, analytical thinking and detailed planning skills. When these are combined with their professional knowledge and experience, they have magnificent creativity. Therefore, we support women in their fields of expertise by occupational trainings and strenghen their competencies. Thus, we increase their effectiveness and visibility within the institution and the sector. As of 17 August 2022, we are pleased to announce that we are signatory of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEP) being created in partnership with the UN Global Compact and the UN Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment Unit (UN Women). We are happy to contribute to the global goal and work of strengthening women's workforce.   With our PLANEARTH Sustainability Strategy, beside protecting environmental health and increasing biodiversity, we take it as principle to respect, conduct tangible benefits and increase the welfare of disadvantagous communities living in disadvantagous regions where we operate. With our motto and act "My Future is in Technology", we target to support gender equality, enable youth, especially female students and women be familiar with technology, provide positive and decisive opportunities in their life plans, and also influence their entrepreneurial spirit for carrying out their plans in tangible way. Within, we aim to empose our sustainability values, and let communities live our values, and ultimately have continously growing business with more “sustainable women's power”.   As of 2022, in line with our commitments to UN Global Compact Turkey and to 2030 Sustainable Development Goals Gender Equality (SDG 5) and Partnership for Goals (SDA 17), we positively support women workforce at workplace andwe  actively work and partner with local and global Non-Governmental Organizations in order to increase the visibility of Women at Work.
