Prague Congress Centre, a.s. has joined the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) initiative as part of its commitment to equal opportunities, a fair working environment, and the development of talent regardless of gender. This step also supports the ESG strategy of our congress centre, which includes objectives related to women's representation in leadership positions and monitoring the gender pay gap. Supporting women has been for a long time an integral part of our company culture, as evidenced by the fact that the company is managed by a woman. By signing the WEPs, our company demonstrates its commitment to creating and maintaining an inclusive workplace, supporting the professional growth of women, and promoting diversity at all levels of the organization.
