Our company vehemently promotes gender as well as racial equality amongst all our employees around the globe. What we recognize is that it is not enough for us to promote this internally. We cannot be bystanders in the world when there is so much discrimination still going on. Yes, we can lead by example, but we must be a loud voice in the public to make sure that the message is clear. This is intolerable. The real fact is that with a policy of inclusion and promoting opportunity equally, companies prosper tremendously from the benefits driven by empowering ALL of employees to contribute and excel.
