“With the launch of our ESG Strategy this month, we are highlighting and showing the hospitality industry in which we operate that we live by the principles of Inclusivity, Diversity and Equity across our footprint of projects. In each different neighbourhood, country or development, we apply our strategy grounded on the requirements for equal access and inclusivity that go beyond Gender alone and starts at the boardroom. At Kerten Hospitality, we believe in supporting the young generation (women and men) to succeed by giving them ownership and a leadership start where women and youth mentorship go hand in hand on equal footing pf importance when it comes to fostering change. We advocate, show, challenge and overcome obstacles and empower the young generation and women, by being INCLUSIVE. Joining the WEP cause as a signatory, I believe, would allow us to grow our strategy further and support the global dialogue on the topic of gender and inclusivity and help facilitate collaborations that have social impact.”
