There are key fundamentals that demand attention to promote an equitable and inclusive culture that builds awareness, understanding and support for all people to thrive and grow in a safe and enabling environment. This includes leadership for gender equality, fair treatment, ensuring holistic wellbeing, financial and education inclusion, enterprise development, and measurable impact. We must be better, we must enable, and we have to intentionally look for ways of including more women and communities in the work we do in the inclusion space.
