For many years, KAZENERGY Association has been contributing to the creation of a more just and equitable society. Since 2013, the Association has been organising a unique international industry platform, the KAZENERGY Women's Energy Club, where gender policies and practices are widely discussed and which contributes to the creation of a professional network for women in the industry. By actively supporting and developing equal conditions for women and men, we uncover young talent, create conditions for a wide range of diverse ideas, viewpoints and experiences, and offer new opportunities and non-standard approaches to industry challenges. I am confident that our endorsement of the Women’s Empowerment Principles will underline our progressive views on the development of the industry, make a tangible contribution to supporting the creative role of women, and promote policies of equal rights and opportunities.
