To initiate a self-help mechanism through group action via community participation and voluntary cooperation for the poor and mid-level women and children to attain better living conditions, their rights and privileges, their self-reliance and help them establish their self-sustainable development. We firmly believe that women play an intrinsic role as powerful catalyst for change. So, we want to be a part of a movement that empowers and enables women to realize their full potential. As a organization, we support all initiatives aimed at strengthening the role of women in every way. 80% of our employees and full of management are women. We know how much they can bring and actually contribute to each organization, we know how much a company can gain, if it supports women and gives them a chance to grow. With the empowerment of women and the abolition of the Gender Gap, we are strengthening our business. We want everyone to be aware of this.
