We can't talk about women empowerment without involving men in the conversation. Allowing women in all levels and leading shifts and uplifts the conversation. JERON TRAVEL and the tourism industry, specifically travel agencies, are often led and employs mostly women. WEPs provide a framework to help us in the process of improving and growing. It's not about perfection, but the progress of trying to achieve "excellence", in empowering women.
