You can only remain competitive as a company if you are innovative, creative and diverse. Diversity does not just mean that genders are equally represented at all management levels. Furthermore, different interests, convictions and perspectives create the broad angle that we need to serve our customers with the best workplace solutions. In this area, we still need to do some homework. On the one hand, we want to inspire more women for male-dominated professions. On the other hand, we want to actively tackle the imbalance in our management circle: Today, we employ two thirds men and one third women at this level. With targeted development programmes, we will give equal consideration to women in order to promote them to higher management positions with our Future Leaders Programme. This is the only way, how we will ultimately be able to achieve a gender bal-ance and remain attractive and successful as an employer.
