Achieving equality and the empowerment of all women and girls does not happen overnight, at ISS it is one of our most important priorities, that all of our 400,000 employees, regardless of gender, should be treated fairly and equally and have equal career opportunities and fair compensation. As we sign these principles, we commit ourselves to, among other things, having at least 40 percent female representation in leading positions within the ISS by 2025, and we are proud to already be well on our way.
