I am immensely proud to be part of a Cambodian business which is led and managed by young Cambodian women. Generating opportunity, capacity building and leadership roles for Cambodian women has been at the heart of our business model since our establishment in 2018. This reflects the primary decision-making role that women make in Cambodian families, most especially in relation to migrating to a new life in a country outside Cambodia using our services.
